The O.D. Dempsey Jr. Memorial Foundation honors the legacy of Wayne Dempsey, Jr., a tireless advocate for educational equity in OKC Public Schools. We provide the building blocks towards the future by awarding scholarships to deserving students who need financial assistance to achieve their college dreams.
